As a continuous step to refine the business in Cipax, the production and sales, including the products, within the own product segment sanitary product has been sold to Separett AB.
The product segment includes Torp-Isak, Sanitoa, Cipax toilet, Dass-Isak, Insulated seat, Cipax composter and Roslags composter.
The sales of the product segment was made the 1st of March and all deliveries from this date is handled by Separett AB.
Separett develop, produce and market urine separating toilets. Separett has been active within the market of Environmental toilets during more than 20 years and are market leaders in Sweden. Separett also have successful export sales on several markets.
Through the acquisition Separett further strengthens the position within production and sales of sanitary and environmental products in Europe. With these new products Separett will be a more complete supplier. Separett also have the resources needed to further develop the product range on a long term.
To have a good transition Cipax sales person of the product range will during a period continue the sales work, now for Separett.
